Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals

First-time withdrawal requests may take up to 6 hours while fi222 completes a standard identity check. Subsequent withdrawals are normally processed within 25 minutes. Fees

Bonus and Promotion Rules

All bonuses offered by fi222 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards — are subject to the following baseline rules unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be turned over the stated number of times before any withdrawal request will be processed. Security and Verification

Account Suspension and Closure

fi222 may suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• You breach any clause in these Terms & Conditions.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks. Bonus balances and pending bonus conversions are forfeited on voluntary closure.

Limitation of Liability
